As many of you are aware, JCI recently moved to our new headquarters in Deep Ellum, and we held an AWESOME Client Party to celebrate on Thursday April 9th. We just had the best time! All of our friends where there, and we were so proud to finally “officially” unveil the new space. And boy, is it something to see! After all… our slogan is “Creative environments for people at work” and we put our talents on display when designing our new digs, no doubt about it!
JCI’s office is located in a WWII industrial building at 3900 Willow Street that was converted into cool and creative multi-tenant office space. We leased a 10,000+ SF multi-level suite and designed a one of a kind space for our employees and clients. One of the most impressive features of our new space are the vintage travel trailers from the 1950’s to the 1970’s re-purposed as private offices. These trailers were collected all over the country by JCI’s president Andy Jones, and revamped by JCI staff and JCI friends. A labor of love.
The first floor of the suite has SIX fully renovated vintage travel trailers converted into private offices with custom decks, lighting and design schemes. The second floor utilizes a loft design with custom wood “pallet” workstations. Personal attention to detail has been given to the office. Everything is customized from the furniture, lighting, and artwork to the antique trailers. If you didn’t make it to our party PLEASE come stop by to see it… because you have never seen anything like it! Truly every one of use put our hearts into this space, and it shines through!
Party Highlights: Over 100 Commercial Real Estate Brokers attended the party, Raffle Prizes Given Away include: A Hero4 GoPro Camera, a Samsung Tablet, and a 60” Sony Smart TV. Clients all went away with a JCI commemorative 6-pack, enjoyed BBQ from the Horns and Snouts food truck, and cupcakes from the Trailer Cake Ladies! It was an amazing night…. just see for yourself!
